Repayment Period
- Bullet Payment: 1 year for loans below Rs 2 lakhs.
- Term Loan EMI: 12 months for loans ranging from Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 5 lakhs.
Penal Charges
In case of any irregularity or default in repayment, a penal interest of 2.00% per annum will be charged over and above the applicable rate of interest on the outstanding balance
Note:1.The sanctioned loan amount and interest rate are subject to terms and conditions.
     2.The original documents pertaining to the movable/immovable properties of deceased borrowers shall be released to their legal heirs of the borrowers only after the settlement of all liabilities with the bank and fulfillment of applicable legal and procedural requirements.
